We all have a story. When was the last time you were able to explore yours? Giving you the space to tell your story is where I start.
Have you ever thought over the different moments and experiences in your life and wondered “How has this impacted who I am?” Or maybe you’re wrestling with the big existential questions of life: “Who am I?” “What brings me purpose and fulfillment?” “How do I deal with the disappointments of my life and things that are out of my control?” If so, you’re not alone.
What all of the above have in common is a deep desire to understand. That desire may be to better understand your life story and who you are, how to deal with life or how to move forward. All of this can be explored in therapy.
