Cornerstone Fellowship is hosting their annual Equipped To Care to help individuals learn more about interpersonal growth as well as helping others in need.

I will have the opportunity to be teaching on Family of Origin and how it can impact our identity, values, beliefs, relationships and choices we make throughout our life. I will also discuss generational trauma and how to recognize patterns and change unhealthy cycles.
